Job summary

Degree Wellness is seeking a highly organized Franchise Onboarding Manager to guide new franchise owners from signup through opening day. You will be their partner, advocate and project lead across real estate, marketing, procurement, finance, and training.

You will work cross-functionally with internal teams and franchisees to ensure a smooth onboarding journey, enable operational readiness, and drive measurable franchisee satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in franchise operations, customer success, onboarding, or program/project management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
• Ability to manage complex projects.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Monday.com, Office/Workspace).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Operations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for new franchisees through store opening.
• Own onboarding process and improve timelines, docs, and communication.
• Maintain active project timelines for each location.
• Coordinate across internal teams to ensure seamless handoffs at milestones.
• Improve onboarding materials, checklists, and playbooks.
• Track onboarding KPIs and franchisee satisfaction to improve system performance.
