FirstLight Home Care seeks a Franchise Launch Coach to guide franchises through opening, transferring, or expanding operations. This role acts as a business consultant coaching owners on launch plans, finances, recruiting, and regulatory compliance to maximize startup success.
You will manage end-to-end launches, conduct weekly coaching sessions, and collaborate with the Compliance Director and Operations to ensure a smooth transition to ongoing Start-Up Coach or Grow Together programs.
The Franchise Launch Coach is a key player on the Franchise Support team who serves as a business consultant to franchises opening, transferring, or expanding FirstLight entities. The individual in this role coaches and guides the business efforts of FirstLight entrepreneurs, seeking to maximize the success of each owner during the launch phase of the franchise life cycle. The Launch Coach is responsible for FirstLight franchise start-up effectiveness and initial development. The Launch Coach serves as the “frontline” operational support resource during the launch process and is directly accountable for launch success business results.
