• Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with franchise dealership partners in your territory.
• Develop new business by identifying and acquiring qualified dealer accounts.
• Consult with partners to increase loan volume and improve performance.
• Train dealership personnel on Westlake Financial products, processes, and funding.
• Conduct regular in-person visits and calls to strengthen relationships and drive production.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals communicating products and value.
• Follow up on leads and opportunities from field activity and referrals.
• Provide creative financing solutions while balancing dealer and customer needs.
• Educate partners on documentation to ensure accurate contract submission.
• Monitor account performance and identify production improvements.
• Stay updated on financial products, tools, industry trends and competition.
• Participate in meetings, seminars, and events to develop business.
