Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
Strong financial acumen with ability to read P&L and margins.
Experience coaching business owners or operators to improve performance.
Experience coordinating cross-functional resources during start-up or market launches.
Experience in home services or related field is preferred.
Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar field service platforms.

Responsibilities

Own the performance relationship with assigned franchisees and lead regular business reviews.
Coordinate onboarding and start-up readiness with internal teams and franchise owners.
Serve as liaison between franchisees and corporate departments to secure resources and guidance.
Drive accountability through KPI tracking, action plans, and follow-up.
Coach franchisees on revenue, margins, and cost control to drive profitability.
Ensure execution of SOPs and system adoption (ServiceTitan, reporting tools).
Identify operational gaps and implement corrective action plans.
Support franchisee growth from owner-operator to scalable teams.
Align marketing performance with KPI benchmarks (leads, bookings, ROI).
Conduct field visits, audits, and training activities.
