Job summary

JETSET Pilates Franchising is seeking a Franchise Business Manager to partner with franchise owners and GMs to drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and brand consistency across studios. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, finance, or hospitality.
• 5–7+ years in franchise or studio operations, multi-unit leadership, or consulting.
• 3–5 years reviewing P&Ls and developing performance improvement plans.
• Strong revenue growth, utilization, and conversion improvement experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Franchisee partnership and performance coaching across an assigned portfolio.
• Own the day-to-day business relationship with franchisees and GMs.
• Advise on operational, financial, and people-related topics.
• Lead recurring consultative sessions and performance check-ins.
• Support pre-opening, stabilization, and optimization phases.
• Conduct KPI analyses including utilization, sales, retention, staffing costs, and profitability.
• Review P&Ls and develop action plans to close performance gaps.
• Coach on product mix, class schedules, and staffing strategies.
• Identify early warning signs of underperformance and intervene.
