Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking a General Manager in Florida to lead daily studio operations, growth initiatives, and people management. The GM will undergo the JETSET Pilates training program and instruct about 8 classes weekly, while being in-studio for additional class coverage.

The role drives studio performance by managing scheduling, staff development, and client experience, with responsibilities spanning operations, marketing, and partner engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a fitness studio or similar operations.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop staff and instructors.
• Strong customer service and client relationship focus.

Responsibilities

• Work with leadership to manage day-to-day studio operations and implement company policies.
• Ensure positive customer service and a fitness experience aligned with brand standards.
• Run reports and analyze metrics on sales, utilization, retention, expenses and payroll.
• Develop local marketing initiatives to acquire clients and meet goals.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and foster community relationships.
• Create and manage class and staff schedules and oversee hiring of instructors.
• Oversee inventory for supplies, retail, and beverages; plan team meetings and events.
