Job summary

JETSET Pilates Franchising is seeking a Franchise Business Manager to partner with franchise owners and General Managers across studios. You will drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and brand consistency through coaching, KPI reviews, and financial analyses in a fast-paced startup environment.

The role requires onsite work at our HQ in Miami, FL, with up to 50% travel to franchise locations for performance reviews and field support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Hospitality, or related field.
• 5–7+ years of franchise or studio operations, multi-unit leadership, or business consulting.
• 3–5 years of experience reviewing P&Ls and developing improvement plans.
• Proven ability to positively impact revenue growth, utilization, conversion, and P&L performance.
• Strong knowledge of hiring, training, performance management, and team development.
• 2 years of experience with Mindbody, AXLE, and BI/reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationships with assigned franchisees and GMs.
• Lead recurring consultative sessions and performance reviews.
• Analyze KPI data, P&Ls, and cost-control opportunities to drive profitability.
• Coach on product mix, scheduling, staffing, and utilization strategies.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards and escalate issues as needed.
