Job summary

JETSET Pilates Franchising is seeking a Financial Analyst to own FP&A execution, partner with Accounting, and deliver actionable insights for leadership and franchise partners. You will translate data into clarity on development pacing, unit economics, and company-wide performance, building dashboards and reports that drive strategic decisions.

This role requires strong Excel, SQL, and BI skills, with a data-driven mindset and ability to collaborate across functions in a fast-growing franchise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in finance, accounting, or business intelligence.
• Advanced Excel, proficiency in SQL, and experience with BI tools.
• Experience with data modeling and data visualization.
• Programming knowledge (Python, R) is a plus.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in franchise, retail, or fitness industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support forecasting and budgeting with data-driven insights.
• Own month-end close processes and ensure controllership priorities.
• Develop financial dashboards and KPIs.
• Collaborate with accounting and BI teams on dashboards.
• Analyze marketing campaigns and franchise performance.
• Present insights to leadership and non-technical audiences.
• Automate reporting workflows and improve processes.
