Job summary

FullSpeed Automotive is seeking a Franchise Support Director based in the Midwest region to coach and guide Grease Monkey and SpeeDee locations. The role requires 75% travel and oversight of 30–50 franchised centers, reporting to the Director of Franchise Operations.

You will partner with Marketing, Legal, Training, and Leadership to improve operations, financial performance, customer experience, and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience supporting franchise networks or leading multi-unit operations.
• Experience as a Franchise Business Consultant or multi-unit operations leader across multiple states.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Problem-solving ability to interpret data and develop strategies.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%, including air travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational coaching and strategic guidance to franchise owners.
• Conduct onsite visits two to four times per year.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Training, Legal, and Leadership teams.
• Ensure adherence to Grease Monkey and SpeeDee operating systems and manuals.
• Review financial performance and identify opportunities for margin improvement.
• Develop business plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
• Lead growth initiatives and support real estate opportunities.
