Qualifications

• Automotive management experience preferred.
• Experience in quick lube, automotive repair, or tire operations.
• Strong business and operational mindset with growth focus.
• Proven leadership and staff development skills.
• Experience recruiting, training, motivating, and retaining employees.
• Ability to evaluate new automotive services and processes.
• Understanding store financials, margins, budgets and KPIs.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Willingness to travel between locations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day performance of 2 automotive service locations.
• Maintain onsite presence and work with store managers.
• Drive revenue, car counts, and profitability across locations.
• Establish operational standards across all sites.
• Identify underperforming areas and implement improvement plans.
• Develop growth initiatives and new service lines.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff for leadership roles.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and safety.
