Job summary

Culver Franchising System, LLC in the greater Tampa area seeks a Franchise Business Consultant to support new and existing Culver's franchisees, focusing on guest service and financial results. This remote, home-based role requires travel about 80% of the time with overnight stays and supports restaurant openings and brand standards.

You will provide leadership on operations, food safety, training, cost controls, and guest relations to enhance sales and guest satisfaction across multiple

Qualifications

• Two-year college degree or university degree in related field.
• 5-8 years GM/DM experience in a multi-unit restaurant concept.
• Food Safety & Sanitation Certificate.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Culver Franchising System, LLC, support team, suppliers and franchisees.
• Provide leadership on restaurant operations including food cost control, labor, safety and training.
• Ensure franchisee operations meet brand standards and trademark compliance.
• Support successful restaurant openings with planning and leadership.
• Assist expansion with operations and HR preparations.
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction while upholding Culver's brand.
