Job summary

Hardee's Franchise is seeking a Franchise Business Consultant to support operations in the Phoenix, AZ area. You will lead and coach franchisees across about 60 locations, drive sales, quality, and cost controls, and ensure alignment with corporate standards.

The role requires approximately six years in restaurant operations, a BA/BS degree preferred, and a valid driver’s license with DMV record. Expect ~75% travel, active involvement in strategic planning, training, and restaurant openings.

Qualifications

• Must possess approximately six (6) years of experience and/or education demonstrating knowledge of Restaurant Operations.
• BA/BS Degree preferred.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and an acceptable DMV report.
• Must have a proven track record of meeting operational goals, building sales and maximizing profits.
• Must be able to set expectations, measure effectiveness, enforce quality standards and meet commitments.
• Must possess strong problem-resolution skills and maintain relationships.
• Must have strong analytical and organizational skills and identify/implement process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Displays leadership and coaches franchisees across ~60 restaurants to meet performance standards.
• Executes the company’s strategic plan and operating standards.
• Conducts operational reviews to identify opportunities and optimize sales and costs.
• Provides support in service standards, product quality control, training, safety and openings.
• Assists with development planning, site approval and kitchen design matters.
• Contributes to training programs and assists with restaurant openings.
• Communicates changes in company specifications and procedures.
• Attends seminars and trainings to stay current with industry trends.
• Participates in meetings, webinars and calls.
• Performs other duties as required.
