Job summary

Nbutexas in Chicago-area franchise network seeks a Franchise Business Consultant to advise owners and multi-unit leaders. You will conduct operational reviews, analyze P&Ls, and develop action plans to boost profitability, guest experience, and scale.

The role combines coaching with hands-on support, includes frequent travel across territories, and requires three years of multi-unit leadership or franchise consulting experience. A bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least three years of progressive multi-unit restaurant operations leadership or comparable field-support experience.
• Experience with high-volume, full-service restaurants and $3M+ annual sales.
• Strong knowledge of P&Ls, budgets, labor, food costs, and KPIs.
• Ability to coach operators while enforcing brand standards and performance expectations.
• Travel frequently across assigned territories with valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular restaurant visits and comprehensive operational reviews.
• Analyze P&Ls, budgets, dashboards and trend data to identify priorities.
• Partner with franchisees to build annual business and local marketing plans.
• Develop and monitor corrective action plans for underperforming locations.
• Coach franchisees on leadership, district oversight, and operational consistency.
• Support openings, relocations, reimages, and post-opening ramp-ups.
• Advise on community engagement, digital marketing, and guest relations.
• Coordinate with training, marketing, supply chain, and other teams.
