Responsibilities

• Franchisee Consulting & Advising: Serve as the primary client success contact, guiding franchise owners through digital marketing concepts and empowering them to grow local market share.
• Strategic Growth & Roadmapping: Conduct discovery calls to align budgets with high-ROI strategies (Local SEO, PPC, Content Marketing).
• Performance Analytics & Auditing: Review digital media, identify growth gaps, and recommend optimizations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with design, copywriting, and media teams to deliver local campaigns and case studies.
• Process Optimization: Help refine onboarding workflows and training systems as the network scales.
