Retro Fitness, a high-growth national gym franchisor headquartered in Southeast Florida, seeks a results-driven Business Development Executive to scale the brand’s footprint across the U.S. and internationally.

This role requires proven leadership in franchise sales and development—single-unit, multi-unit, and territory development with investments over $2M per location. The ideal candidate brings a strong investor network, strategic leadership, and a hands-on style.

Qualifications

• Proven success leading franchise development in a high-growth environment.
• Experience selling high-investment franchise models with multi-market exposure.
• Ability to build and maintain investor relationships and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead development strategy across single-unit, multi-unit, and territory opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with current franchisees for renewals and growth.
• Leverage investor networks to drive development in key markets.
• Partner with internal real estate to align site planning with sales efforts.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance for onboarding and ramp-up.
• Represent the brand in external development forums for expansion.
• Identify portfolio optimization opportunities to drive long-term growth.
