Job summary

Retro Fitness is seeking a Field Operations Manager to work with franchisees and Franchise Business Coaches to drive revenue and profitability through hands-on coaching and development.

This role requires traveling between locations about 90% of the time, overseeing franchise operations, member growth, and cost controls, while ensuring adherence to Retro Fitness standards across the network.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years as a General Manager or supervisor in the fitness industry.
• 1-2 years of experience as a sales leader, trainer, or coach.
• Ability to guide Franchise personnel in all facets of Health Club operations including member growth, services, revenue generation, cost controls, and people development.
• Travel required 90% between locations supporting franchisees.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and utilize existing tools for developing financial reports and identifying trends.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and profitability through hands-on coaching and development with franchisees and their teams.
• Oversee relationships with Franchisees while aligning with Retro Fitness brand objectives.
• Develop and interpret financial reports to identify trends and drive operational improvements.
• Support franchise locations in member growth, cost controls, and marketing initiatives.
