Job summary

The Corcoran Group in the United States is seeking a Regional Vice President to cover the Southeast territory (FL, GA, TN, LA, KY, AL). This is a remote role, but candidates must reside within the territory.

You will own the sales cycle, drive brand growth, and partner with teams to optimize the funnel and convert prospects into franchise opportunities. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree (preferred), 1–3 years in sales, strong presentation and CRM skills, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years sales experience in sales/inside sales.
• Real estate or franchise sales experience a plus.
• Ability to read financial statements and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of complete deal flow and sales cycle.
• Meet/exceed annual quota targets through established categories.
• Collaborate with brand, shared services, and growth teams.
• Guide prospects through all phases of the sales process.
