Job summary

The Corcoran Group is seeking a Regional Vice President to lead sales across the Southeast: FL, GA, TN, LA, KY, and AL. This is a remote role, but candidates must reside in the territory, ensuring close market knowledge and accessibility for franchise development.

Responsibilities include owning the full sales cycle, driving quota attainment, and collaborating with brand and support teams to accelerate growth and conversion across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of sales or business development experience.
• Experience reading financial statements and solving problems.
• Strong presentations, in person and virtual.
• Travel 50–75% and a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of complete deal flow and sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Meet/exceed annual quota targets through brand approved categories.
• Collaborate with brand, shared services, sales enablement and growth teams.
• Lead meetings and guide prospects through all stages of the process.
