Job summary

The Corcoran Group is seeking a Franchise Sales Director – West to lead outbound prospecting and build a qualified pipeline across a broad Western US territory. This is a 100% remote position with substantial travel, requiring in-market activity, in-person meetings, and relationship-building with independent brokerage owners.

You will collaborate with the Regional VP and other teams to advance opportunities, manage CRM data, and contribute to territory growth toward close.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of sales, business development, franchise development, management consulting, or related experience.
• Real estate, franchise sales, brokerage operations, or related industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive proactive outbound prospecting across assigned markets through calls, texts, emails, social outreach, networking, referrals, and in-person market activity.
• Build and maintain relationships with independent brokerage owners, team leaders, and industry influencers to create a sustainable pipeline.
• Lead early-stage prospect meetings, discovery conversations, and presentations, and partner with the RVP as qualified opportunities advance.
