Anywhere Real Estate is seeking a results-driven Sales Consultant to own the deal flow from prospecting to conversion across a nationwide territory. This role emphasizes relationship building, negotiation, and pipeline development to hit annual sales goals.

You will collaborate with brand, shared services, and growth teams, leverage CRM tools, and deliver compelling presentations. A bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of sales experience are preferred, with travel about 50% and a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of sales experience with emphasis on business development and/or management consulting; real estate/franchise sales a plus.
• Experience reading and interpreting financial statements and solving problems to drive deals.
• Excellent presentation skills in person and virtual settings.
• Basic understanding of CRM systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Own complete deal flow and sales cycle from prospecting to conversion.
• Meet/exceed annual quotas by executing brand sales strategies.
• Collaborate with brand, shared services, and growth teams to improve sales funnel.
• Lead meetings and guide prospects through all sales process stages.
