Job summary

BELFOR Franchise Group in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a Franchise Development Director to help grow the USA footprint. This role partners with franchise candidates through the qualification and licensing process and collaborates with funding firms, CRM platforms, and mapping programs.

You will manage lead generation, attend trade shows, and coordinate communications across the franchise development team to achieve activity and results. Travel 10-20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proven success in closing leads and closing franchise deals.
• Experience with CRM systems and multi-channel lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Manage lead generation from Website, Portal, and other Lead Sources.
• Network with Franchise Consultants to generate leads and manage the candidate process.
• Track Sales Process and manage lead flow using Franchise Sales Software.
• Guide the candidate experience from discovery to signing of agreements.
• Participate in Meet the Team Days at Brand Headquarters.
