Job summary

BELFOR Franchise Group in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a Franchise Development Director to expand the USA footprint. You will lead end-to-end franchise development activities, engage with candidates, and coordinate with consultants and funding partners to drive growth.

You will manage lead generation, sales processes, and communications across the franchise network, while ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering results. This role is on-site at our headquarters with travel required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to close leads and achieve franchise development goals.
• Experience with franchise development preferred; CRM experience highly beneficial.
• Strong written and verbal communication; adept at coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with franchise candidates through qualification and license processes.
• Manage lead generation from multiple sources and track lead flow in the CRM.
• Coordinate with consultants, brand teams and funding partners to drive deals.
• Represent the brand at trade shows and conferences; collaborate across brands.
• Develop and manage communications content for internal and external audiences.
