Job summary

Dickey's Barbecue Pit in Dallas is seeking a Franchise Sales & Development professional to drive growth by recruiting qualified franchisees and supporting owner-operators through transitions. You will work with brokers, landlords, lenders and internal teams to execute strategies and close opportunities.

The role requires 3+ years in franchise sales, proven lead generation, and strong negotiation skills. This in-office role is open to hybrid work, travel as needed, and offers a base salary plus

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in franchise sales, business development, B2B sales, or a related field.
• Proven success in lead generation, prospecting, relationship management, and closing.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.
• Ability to build relationships with franchisees, brokers, real estate professionals, lenders, landlords, and other partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to generate leads and drive growth.
• Identify and contact potential franchisees aligned with brand values.
• Manage leads and follow-ups using the CRM system and established processes.
• Negotiate LOIs and leases in the best interest of the brand and owners/operators.
• Assist and transition current owners or operators through ownership changes.
