Job summary

BODYBAR Pilates HQ is seeking a Franchise Development Specialist to drive front-end sales and lead qualification. You’ll engage new franchise leads, build trust, and move prospects toward consultations with our Director of Franchise Sales.

The role emphasizes high energy, accountability, and a data-driven approach to pipeline management. You’ll operate in a fast-moving franchise environment, with a hybrid schedule at our Fort Worth HQ and remote days, earning a base hourly-equivalent plus

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in consultative sales or related roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple prospects and moving opportunities through a defined sales process.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to new franchise leads via phone, text, and email.
• Build rapport and establish credibility from first interaction.
• Conduct discovery to understand goals, motivations, and geography of prospects.
• Qualify prospects and schedule consultations with the Director of Franchise Sales.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage multiple prospects.
