BODYBAR Pilates HQ is seeking a Franchise Development Specialist to drive front-end sales, respond to new leads, and qualify prospects. You will build credibility early, conduct discovery calls, and guide qualified candidates to consultations with the Director of Franchise Sales.

• 2–4 years of consultative sales or related experience.
• Experience with CRM systems and managing pipelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
• Ability to work in a hybrid schedule with in-office and remote days.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to franchise leads via phone, text, and email.
• Build rapport and establish credibility from the first interaction.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand goals, motivations, experience, financial readiness, geography, and interest in business ownership.
• Qualify prospects and determine whether a prospect is qualified.
• Schedule qualified candidates for consultations with the Director of Franchise Sales.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage multiple prospects.
