Job summary

BELFOR Franchise Group, headquartered in Ann Arbor, MI, is seeking a Franchise Development Director to grow the Chem‑Dry US footprint. You will drive online and offline development activities, engage with candidates, and oversee initiatives that expand our franchise network.

The role requires collaboration with funding firms, CRM platforms, and mapping programs, plus content creation, communications, and team support across the franchise development group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven success in closing leads.
• Past work experience in Franchise Development preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Lead Generation Process across website, portals, and other sources.
• Coordinate with franchise consultants to generate leads and manage candidate progression.
• Monitor deal flow and use Franchise Sales software to track sales progress.
