Empower Brands seeks a motivated Business Consultant to support JAN-PRO Certified franchise owners in the Atlanta area, driving growth and profitability through tailored solutions and hands-on coaching.

You will lead site visits, guide owners on standards, and identify upsell options. The role emphasizes collaboration with a proactive team and delivering measurable results for small businesses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in business consulting, customer service, or related role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for helping people and driving positive change.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to apply concepts to different industries and situations.
• Comfortable with technology and productivity tools; knowledge of MacBook and iPhone systems preferred.
• Competitive spirit and a drive to excel.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Engage with assigned franchisees to understand their challenges and goals.
• Ensure franchisees adhere to company standards and policies; provide guidance and coaching.
• Conduct regular site visits to franchise locations to assess operations and provide feedback.
• Support upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts, including special services.
• Provide customized solutions to help entrepreneurs achieve growth and profitability.
• Mentor and train JAN-PRO Certified Business Owners.
• Assist with account transfers and expansions.
