Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field.
• 5+ years in Restaurant or Retail Operations, Franchising, or related field.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Guide franchisees on marketing, sales growth, pricing, finances, and operations.
• Conduct evaluations and train franchisees using financial benchmarks and tools.
• Serve as main contact between TUPSS Campus, UPS, vendors, and franchisees.
• Address operational/financial issues and ensure policy adherence.
• Coordinate training timelines and development of franchise plans.
• Plan convention-style meetings and share best practices.
• Support franchisees with ownership transfers, relocations, and renewals.
