Job summary

UPS is seeking a Franchise Operations Consultant to support 27 franchised locations across Orange and LA Counties, expanding to Downey, Cerritos, Garden Grove, Buena Park, and Whittier. The role focuses on driving revenue, brand compliance, and ongoing training for franchisees.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in franchise or retail operations, with strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to travel regionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Restaurant or Retail Operations, Franchising, Business Consulting, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide franchisees with marketing, sales growth, pricing strategy, financial reporting guidance to achieve growth objectives.
• Conduct regular evaluations and analyses to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Train and coach franchisees using financial benchmarks, TUPSS resources, and tools to optimize business performance.
• Act as the main contact between TUPSS Solution + Support Campus, UPS, vendors, and franchisees, ensuring timely support and follow‑up.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and brand standards; address issues as they arise.
