Job summary

FirstLight Home Care is seeking a Franchise Business Consultant to advise new franchise owners and leadership teams. You’ll coach, train, and provide operational guidance to help build profitable businesses while maintaining brand standards.

As the primary support resource for an assigned portfolio, you will drive growth, assess opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure KPI targets, system adoption, and consistent franchise execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Experience with CRM systems and QuickBooks preferred.
• Experience in multi-state, multi-unit operations in home care or senior care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach and guide franchisees to grow revenue, HPW, client base, and KPI targets.
• Implement franchise operating system to ensure brand consistency.
• Lead sales and operational execution for designated owners.
• Collaborate with internal tech to support system adoption.
• Conduct site visits and provide tailored business consultations.
