Job summary

FirstLight Home Care in Cincinnati, OH seeks a dynamic Launch Coach to guide new, transferring, and expanding franchise owners through the crucial launch phase of their business. You will serve as the primary operational resource and advisor to help franchisees achieve sustainable growth and meet regulatory milestones.

Based at our Cincinnati headquarters, this role requires travel to support franchisees and to deliver training, with a focus on end-to-end launch management and strategic business

Qualifications

• Experience in home care operations or related field.
• Ability to coach stakeholders and identify & remove roadblocks.
• Familiarity with franchise growth, operations and regulatory milestones.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Launch Management: guide franchisees through pre-opening, licensure, accreditation.
• Strategic Business Coaching: weekly virtual sessions on planning, projections, metrics, marketing, recruitment and retention.
• Facilitate Training: conduct sessions in Cincinnati and manage curricula on internal platforms.
• Operational Leadership: serve as primary operational resource during launch phase.
• Seamless Transitions: track KPIs and hand off to ongoing support teams.
