Qualifications

• Must hold NASM, ACE, NSCA or ACSM personal training certification.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Able to conduct training sessions with groups of varying sizes.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Basic understanding of computer systems and programs.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed department sales and revenue goals as set by upper management.
• Schedule Retro Results staff hours to stay within company budget.
• Schedule Retro Results Training Services.
• Ensure the overall credibility of Retro Results Fitness service offerings and the Retro Fitness Outlet.
• Lead the Retro Results Coaches by example.
