French Florist seeks a Franchise Business Coach to own the owner relationship from opening through the life of the business, coaching the whole owner with rigor and heart. You’ll run EOS disciplines, perform field visits, and translate financial data into actionable insights to fuel growth and profitability.

You’ll guide owners in achieving business and personal goals, maintaining brand standards, and partnering with HQ to refine systems.

Qualifications

Experience in multi-unit operations, franchise consulting, or related fields.
Hands-on EOS disciplines and ability to certify quickly.
Demonstrated skill in analyzing financial and operational performance data.
Background supporting franchise, multi-location, retail, or hospitality models.

Responsibilities

Coach franchise owners and manage EOS disciplines (planning, scorecards, Rocks, issue solving).
Lead regular field visits, business reviews, and operational assessments.
Analyze KPIs, income statements, and cash flow to improve profitability.
Drive training reinforcement and maintain brand standards in the field.
Build trust-based relationships with owners and connect actions to life and wealth goals.
Partner with HQ functions to test local marketing and refine playbooks.
