French Florist seeks a Franchise Business Coach to own franchisee relationships from grand opening onward, coaching owners toward business and personal success. You’ll apply EOS disciplines, run field visits, and translate standards into real-world execution.

You will analyze performance, drive profitability, and support training while traveling 50%+ to guide boutiques and ensure brand excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in multi-unit operations, franchise consulting, business coaching, or related fields.
• Hands-on EOS disciplines experience or equivalent operating system experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary business coach and trusted advisor for franchise owners.
• Run EOS disciplines in the field and track progress with EOS software.
• Translate systems and standards into day-to-day execution and coach owners toward goals.
• Conduct regular on-site visits, business reviews, and operational assessments.
• Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for profitability and cash flow.
• Reinforce training and brand standards through coaching and field practice.
