French Florist is seeking a Franchise Business Coach to nurture franchise owner relationships from opening onward, coaching with EOS disciplines and driving operational excellence across the network. You will lead field visits, analyze financials, and ensure brand standards while supporting owners in building profitable, scalable businesses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in multi-unit operations, franchise consulting, business coaching, or related fields.
• Hands-on EOS experience or ability to certify quickly.
• Experience analyzing financial and operational data to drive decisions.
• Experience in or supporting a franchise, multi-location, retail, or hospitality business.
• Track record of building trust-based relationships with owners or senior stakeholders.
• Willingness and enthusiasm to travel extensively (50%+) across an assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary business coach and trusted advisor for franchise owners.
• Run EOS disciplines in the field — quarterly and annual planning, scorecards, Rocks, and issue‑solving — using EOS software to track progress.
• Translate company systems, training, and standards into successful day‑to‑day execution.
• Facilitate accountability conversations that are direct, supportive, and outcomes-focused.
• Own a territory performance dashboard for forecasting and risk flags.
• Conduct regular on‑site visits, business reviews, and operational assessments across the territory.
• Analyze KPIs and financial data to identify opportunities for profitability and cash flow.
• Develop action plans to improve revenue, margin, and operational efficiency.
• Reinforce standards and training through coaching and field practice.
• Coach the whole owner to align business results with personal goals and life plan.
• Partner with HQ functions to share field insights and sharpen playbooks.
