Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in the pool service industry in a franchise operations, business coaching, or multi-unit management role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations or a related field - or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50% regionally and hold a current drivers license.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and influence small business owners toward performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales budgets while proactively managing poor performance within the region.
• Identify, coach, train, and develop franchise partners' retail and business needs.
• Implement retail growth and expansion plans in conjunction with franchise partners.
• Coordinate and facilitate Regional training workshops and seminars, including specialist workshops.
• Coach and train franchise partners to develop, launch, and implement marketing plans.
• Monitor retail systems and procedures, and rectify issues where necessary in conjunction with franchise partner.
