Job summary

Nbutexas is seeking a strategic Franchise Business Consultant to support franchise owners and multi-unit leaders across designated territories. The role blends operational coaching, financial analysis, and hands-on restaurant support to improve profitability, guest experience, and growth.

The position requires proven leadership in high-volume, full-service restaurants, strong P&L and KPI discipline, and the ability to travel frequently.

Qualifications

• Three years+ leading multi-unit restaurant ops or franchise field-support.
• Experience with high-volume, full-service restaurants and $3M+ annual sales.
• Strong P&L, budgets, labor, food costs, and KPI analytics.
• Proven coaching of owners/leaders to meet brand standards.
• Able to identify gaps, root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Willingness to travel frequently across assigned territories.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to reside in or relocate to one of the listed territories.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular restaurant visits and operational reviews focusing on safety, hospitality, and profitability.
• Document findings and track action steps to close deficiencies.
• Analyze P&Ls, dashboards, and trends to set priorities and improvements.
• Partner with franchisees to build annual business and local marketing plans.
• Develop and monitor corrective action plans for underperforming units.
• Coach franchisees on multi-unit leadership, delegation, and district oversight.
• Support new openings, conversions, and post-opening ramp-ups.
• Assist operators with new products, promotions, and tech adoption.
• Advise on community engagement and guest relations initiatives.
• Coordinate with training, marketing, supply chain, and other support teams.
