Job summary

JetSET Pilates seeks a Franchise Business Manager to partner with studio owners and GMs, driving revenue growth, operations excellence, and brand consistency. You will conduct KPI/financial reviews, coaching, and strategic planning across multiple studios, with strong emphasis on franchisee satisfaction and systemwide standards.

Hybrid role with on-site HQ in Dallas, TX and travel to Miami, FL; requires 5–7+ years in franchise or studio ops, plus deep financial acumen and data-driven coaching.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 5-7+ years of franchise or multi-unit operations leadership experience.
• 3-5 years of experience reviewing P&Ls and developing performance improvement plans.
• 2 years of experience working with Mindbody, AXLE, and BI/reporting tools.
• Ability to travel regularly to support franchise partners in the field.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day business relationship for an assigned portfolio of franchisees.
• Serve as primary advisor to franchise owners and GMs on operational, financial, and people topics.
• Lead recurring consulting sessions and performance check-ins focused on execution and growth.
• Coach franchisees on product mix, class scheduling, staffing, and utilization strategies.
• Ensure franchisees adhere to brand standards and complete operational reviews.
