Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of relevant experience, alongside operational and analytical skills. The role involves significant travel within the assigned territory and a commitment to fostering strong franchisee relationships.

Qualifications

• 5 - 7+ years of experience as a consultant, advisor, or in a franchise.
• Ability to travel up to 75% within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Perform as a business consultant and coach.
• Advise franchise partners on compliance with the Franchise Agreement.
• Conduct monthly Profit and Loss statement reviews.
