Job summary

Hardee's is seeking a Sr Manager of Franchise Performance & RE Assets to drive growth and retention of both company and franchise-owned restaurants nationwide. You will provide analytics on development activities and partner with franchisees, development leadership, and cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes financial risk management, workout planning for at-risk franchises, and leadership in diligence for acquisitions and refranchising, with a hybrid work model (onsite Tue–Thu).

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in Real Estate Finance and Management with franchised restaurant experience preferred
• BA/BS in business or finance required; MBA preferred
• Excellent financial analysis, budgeting, and financial statement skills
• Strong written and verbal communication with all levels of management
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• Demonstrated ability to solve unstructured problems
• Capable of setting expectations and driving processes to completion
• Supervisory experience (2+ years)

Responsibilities

• Facilitates maintenance and recovery of revenue streams through financial risk management (closures, store transfers, acquisitions/divestitures, workouts, rebuilds)
• Develops workout plans for at-risk franchise groups
• Provides project support for market transformation, acquisitions, divestitures, and cap-ex investments
• Owns relationships with brokers and financing resources for workout and restructuring support
• Leads diligence for acquisitions, divestitures, and refranchising processes
• Partners cross-functionally with real estate, asset management, and lenders
• Performs other duties or special projects as needed
