IV Nutrition seeks a highly motivated Project Manager to spearhead franchise openings from signing to Grand Opening and beyond. You will coordinate cross-functionally with real estate, construction, marketing, and operations, travel to locations to ensure readiness, and hold teams accountable to timelines and brand standards.

The role rewards proactive ownership, sharp organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced, evolving setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management in franchising, healthcare, or multi-unit operations.
• Ability to manage projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the clinic opening process from franchise signing through Grand Opening.
• Serve as primary contact for franchise owners throughout development.
• Build and manage detailed project timelines to keep milestones on schedule.
• Identify roadblocks early and resolve issues before impact on timelines.
• Coordinate with real estate, construction, marketing, operations, training, clinical, and vendors.
• Travel to clinic locations to oversee setup and readiness (approx. four days per clinic).
• Ensure brand standards, compliance, and training milestones are completed before opening.
• Support Grand Opening planning and post-opening operations.
