FACE FOUNDRIÉ in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a Project Manager, Development to own the full lifecycle of new location openings—from initial site selection through the day the doors open. This role coordinates franchisees, landlords, architects, general contractors, and vendors to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and on brand.

You will manage multiple concurrent projects, hold partners to timelines, and guide franchisees through a complex investment with candor and clarity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management in retail, restaurant, franchise, or multi-site development.
• Ownership of projects from site selection through opening.
• Knowledge of leases, construction docs, permits, and building codes.
• Experience managing contractors, architects, and vendors to schedule and budget.
• Strong budget tracking and ability to communicate technical details clearly.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle of new location openings from site selection to grand opening.
• Coordinate with franchisees, landlords, architects, GCs, and vendors to stay on schedule and budget.
• Maintain site approval docs and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Manage permits, approvals, and inspections; ensure brand standards in buildout.
• Drive onboarding readiness with operations, training, and marketing teams.
• Report milestones and continuously improve development templates and checklists.
