FACE FOUNDRIÉ is seeking a Project Manager, Development in Eden Prairie, MN to own the full lifecycle of new location openings. You will coordinate with franchisees, landlords, architects, and vendors to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and on brand.

You will manage multiple projects, guide franchisees through openings, and ensure readiness from site selection to grand opening, while maintaining brand standards and timelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management in retail/restaurant/franchise multi-site development.
• Owns projects from site selection through opening.
• Working knowledge of commercial leases and landlord agreements.
• Experience with permits and building codes.
• Experience managing GC/architects and vendors with schedule/budget accountability.
• Strong budget management skills and cost tracking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with multi-project coordination ability.
• Willingness to travel to markets and job sites as needed.
• Franchise development experience is preferred.
• Background in beauty, wellness or personal services retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site selection and evaluate candidate sites against brand criteria.
• Manage design and permitting through test fits and permit-ready docs.
• Oversee construction schedules and milestones with contractors.
• Coordinate vendor/FF&E management to align with brand standards.
• Serve as primary development contact for franchisees with regular updates.
• Ensure opening readiness with hiring, training, and grand opening plans.
• Maintain accurate project trackers and leadership reporting.
