Job summary

Restaurant Management Search is seeking a Franchise Business Consultant based in Indianapolis, IN for a high-growth fast casual health-focused concept.

You will manage FranConnect, lead site-selection review calls, assist franchisees and their GCs to uphold brand standards, and monitor progress with proactive reporting.

Role requires travel, valid driver’s license, and a minimum of 2 years as an FBC in the restaurant space, with a salary range of $90,000–$105,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as FBC in the Restaurant Space.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Project Management Portal through FranConnect.
• Lead Weekly PM calls with Concept Services & JLL to review site selection, LOI stage, and locations under construction.
• Assist Franchisees and their GCs to ensure brand standards are met during build out.
