Job summary

RallyX is seeking dependable Framers who take pride in quality workmanship and teamwork. We’re building lasting partnerships and stronger communities.

As a Framer, you will read blueprints, frame walls and openings, install joists and roofs, operate hand tools, and maintain a safe, organized jobsite with the crew. This is on-site work in Jacksonville, FL with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous framing or general construction experience preferred.
• Ability to read construction drawings is a plus.
• Experience using common carpentry hand and power tools.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Frame walls, partitions, floors, and ceilings according to construction plans.
• Install floor joists, subfloors, decking, roof trusses, rafters, and sheathing.
• Frame door and window openings with proper structural support.
• Install structural beams, posts, and other framing components.
• Build stair systems and install exterior wall sheathing and house wrap.
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Take accurate measurements and layout markings.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite with the crew.
