Job summary

Michaels is seeking a store associate for the La Brea, CA location to build customer relationships and assist customers in selecting custom framing solutions. You will help shoppers find products, operate the cash register, and support shelving and stock duties in a busy retail environment.

The role requires basic computer and measuring skills and experience in framing. The position includes nights, weekends, and early mornings with a base pay range disclosed by Michaels.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance.
• Provide framing solutions and assist customers in-store.
• Complete framing orders with quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and related areas.
• Deliver friendly customer service and assist Omni-channel processes.
