Job summary

Michaels Sparks is seeking a store associate to build customer relationships and help customers create memorable framing solutions. You will assist shoppers in finding items, maintain a well-merchandised store, and process transactions with accuracy.

Position requires basic computer and measuring skills, experience with framing tools, and a customer-service orientation. Expected work hours include nights and weekends in a public retail environment.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to take measurements accurately.
• Experience operating framing equipment and glass cutter preferred.
• Retail experience and ability to sell products/services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships and assist with framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders with quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and stocked store.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
