Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Retail Framing Associate in a busy store environment to help customers with framing needs, operate the cash register, and ensure framed products are produced on time with quality. You will maintain shelf presentation, assist with stocking and omni-channel processes, and provide excellent service in a climate-controlled retail setting.

Candidates should be comfortable lifting, standing for long periods, and working nights/weekends.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Basic measuring skills required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and company programs.
• Build relationships with customers and provide Custom Framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and related areas.
• Deliver friendly customer service and assist shoppers.
• Follow SOPs and company programs.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, and store replenishment.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Acknowledge customers, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
