Job summary

Michaels Stores BAY-SAN RAFAEL, CA is seeking a framing associate to build relationships with customers and create custom framing solutions. You will assist customers in-store, process framing orders, and help maintain a well merchandised, in-stock store.

The role requires basic computer and measuring skills, framing equipment operation, and a retail/service mindset. Hours include nights and weekends with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience and customer service skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships and help customers shop for framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other areas.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers find products.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes and store operations.
