Job summary

The Michael's Companies is seeking a store associate at our Fairfax, VA location. You will help customers shop, provide framing solutions, and maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store. You’ll support truck unloading, stock replenishment, and cash handling while delivering friendly service.

Work includes nights, weekends, and early mornings in a public retail environment. Prior retail experience and basic measuring skills are advantageous for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills are required.
• Ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Experience selling products and/or services to customers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance.
• Deliver sales and production results; complete framing orders on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other areas; support Omni channel processes.
